FON Corporate Finance advises government reseller of commercial analytics in sale to CCP
The partnership with CCP will allow the Company to accelerate its growth and advance into complementary markets
McLean, Va., October 28, 2020 – FON Corporate Finance, LLC (FON CF) acted as the exclusive advisor for a leading provider to the federal, state and local government marketplaces of commercial analytics software and solutions, maintenance, and services (the “Company”) in its sale to private equity firm CCP Capital Strategies (CCP). CCP Capital is a private equity firm focused on lower middle market companies operating primarily in aerospace, defense, government and adjacent sectors. The deal was successfully closed Sept. 24, 2020, with Managing Director Cameron Hamilton serving as lead investment banker.
The Company serves hundreds of customers at the federal, state, and local government levels by supporting thousands of transactions solving their client’s needs for market-leading commercial data analytic solutions that empower its customers to identify and solve complex problems and improve mission outcomes. Company management is continuing in place and will be partnering with CCP as its equity backer to grow into new markets and acquire complementary businesses to accelerate its growth
