FON Advisors Continues Its Active Support of IC Contractors
Arlington, Va. (February 27, 2023) – Global Research Analytics, LLC (“GRA”) has been acquired by Sterling, Virginia-based Core One Group (“Core One”), in a transaction that enhances Core One’s support to its Tier 1 U.S. Intelligence Community (IC) customers. This transaction is an inflection point for both GRA and Core One and meaningfully strengthens the combined company’s professional services offerings to its federal government customers. FON Advisors served as exclusive financial advisor to GRA on this transaction.
GRA has approximately 50 employees and has been a leading provider of human intelligence (“HUMINT”), linguistics, and data analytics services on highly sensitive, mission-critical projects within the IC since 2011.
Patrick Kennedy, President and Founder of GRA, stated that the deal “expands our capacity to offer tailored services and solutions to meet the most complex national security needs, and vastly improves the combined company’s ability to compete for and win new business in the IC space.
