FON Corporate Finance advises IDI in sale to ITA
FON Corporate Finance, LLC (FON CF) acted as the exclusive advisor to Innovative Decisions Inc. (now Innovative Decisions International) (IDI) in its sale to ITA International (ITA). The deal was successfully closed Sept. 1, 2020, with Managing Director Cameron Hamilton serving as lead investment banker.
Based in Vienna, Virginia, IDI is a management consulting firm specializing in decision and risk analysis, operations research and systems engineering for business and government customers. IDI helps analysts, managers and executive leaders achieve mission success using innovative analytics solutions that integrate organizational values, data, resources, and risks to inform decisions at the tactical, operational and strategic levels.
ITA International is a global service provider leveraging subject matter expertise, data analytics and technology ensuring mission success for customers, “In The Arena” (ITA). The company is headquartered in Newport News, Virginia.
