FON Corporate Finance represents Atlas Executive in its sale to Ignite Digital
The transaction provides a significant growth investment for a leading Small Business providing services to the United States Government.
Arlington, Va., February 11, 2022 – FON Corporate Finance, LLC (FON) announced today that it acted as the exclusive advisor to Atlas Executive Consulting (Atlas) in its sale to Ignite Digital with debt and equity financing provided by Farragut Capital Partners. Headquartered in San Diego, CA, with a principal office in Charleston, SC, Atlas Executive’s nearly 200 employees are the backbone of a leading Small Business providing quality program management, financial and audit services, and analytics to the Federal Government, in particular, the US Navy.
In November 2021, Atlas was named the sole, prime recipient of the Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC)’s Management and Business Analytic Service contract, now in its second iteration with the company and with a contract value several times the first.
